Think its only HIV and TB plus a chest x ray but if they look into your medical history I dont think you will be lucky..!!
Saying that it depends where you are from as to if you have to have the medical or not...I didn't and am from the UK and only signed a waiver...I know someone from Italy who had to have the medical..!!

You are expected to declare it otherwise you will end up in jail! Use some common sense its an infectious disease and don't put others at risk!

hi guys, sorry for hijacking this thread, but quick question - I've been asked to do a medical and have been given the med examination form to take to the doctor.
My question is, can I get this done at any hospital in my own country? Or does it need to be done in Singapore? It isn't clear in the form (just states verified doctor) and I can't seem to find any info on the MOM site.
Thanks!

I would doubt that there are many MOM verified doctor outside of Singapore.

thanks for that.
FYI, for anyone who's interested: i went back to the MOM site, and after doing a number of searches, found this link:
http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal ... ntRes.html
so yes, the medical examination has to be done in singapore.
