Has anyone tried this for arms? I need some quotes for affordable places to go to.

what sort of hair removal procedure r u talking about? there is no such thing, u cant call laser permanent as it hasnt been tested yet or proven.

Ive done laser (not IPL) permanent hair removal at a clinic in Paragon for my underarms, legs one year since my last treatment zero hair... tried and tested by ME!! give you the phone no. 67203323
