Help! MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Postby Doris yeo » Thu, 06 May 2010 11:57 pm

Hi All,

I have downloaded a copy of MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION sample from ACRA's website. So I just need to follow their format and fill in the required fields on first page? And do I need to get this doc signed by all shareholders? Need to file it to ACRA online? I feel a bit confused as I have not seen any signing places on their sample... and I cannot find the link to file on ACRA online...

Appreciated if any one share the complete guidelines for the procedures...or a sample?

thanks
Doris

Why don't you get the professionals to do it. A company secretary can take care of all your compliances from $600 per annum onward, abt $50 a month.

Since you already choose ngee ann as your registered address ( I assume you probably wanna look good on the namecard) , it is common sense to know that you are just using a virtual office address if one of the directors is named as the company secretary as well.

My advise to you, do your due deligence, find a corporate firm who can assist you in that. You don't have to worry when to file AGM, etc if you are the forgetful type, it saves you abit of fines in future.

MA&A will be generated automatically during incorporating. So just need to purchase a certified copy from ACRA, 59 SGD. :)
