Hi,
I am very new to this forum and I need some advise. Been here in Singapore for over 2 yrs already. 7 yrs experience in HR and Admin back in home town(Myanmar). First job in SG lasted only 8months as Admin then got retrenched. Luckily found another job after one month and currently working as HR Exe with S Pass for one and a half years already at one of local SME. The thing is the pay is very minimum and still the same from the beginning. Promises and discussions are made but until now it's nothing change except i got more work load. During the period, i also study Post Grad Dip in HR management part-time and successfully finished. I would like to change the job but is it a wise decision for the time being for a foreigner like me?
