Nanny with german language knowledge

Post by souldiver68 » Wed, 28 Apr 2010 12:21 pm

Hi there,

My son is coming over to Singapore from Germany for six months and I wonder if anybody knows a part time maid with basic German language knowledge.
I only need here for two to three days per week. A part time kinder garden with german teachers would be also cool.

So if anybody has some tips, please let me know......

Cheers Souldiver

Unless you can find a Filippina or Indonesian who speaks German, you might have some trouble, as I don't think you can bring in Nannies from western countries to Singapore.

Contact the German School and ask them for assistance... Probably your best bet. I have met a "western" (australian) nanny in SG who was employed in addition to the maid. Apparently the employers managed to make a case for additional educational requirements and responsibilities for the children
