Hello all,

What is a typical bonus for a MNC in Singapore?? I heard this could rise to 1-3 times your monthly salary?

1-3 months is common, even our government was generous about this during the good years and could provide the same or better. Check out our old news archives....these are common knowledge our government would be proud to share and rightfully so!!

However, you have to know these are only general stuff based on economy.....you need to know:
a. if the company you are joining is doing well (there is no point having an expectation when you are hired for the reason of turning around some biz situation. Then the bonus depends on YOU!! )
b. what industry as industry standards can vary...financial sector may be more attractive than most sectors, maybe???
