Immigration Status and owning a property

Long time lurker, first time poster here. So, firstly, hi to all.

Does anyone here have any knowledge with respect to immigration law governing foreigners who owns property in Singapore? I've been hearing how wonderful this country is and I'm interested to move there. So for that matter I'm planning in invest in condo to stay. If I buy a condo, what kind of immigration status I'm eligible to claim there? You input would be much appreciated.

Only SPR and Citizen can purchase NEW or open market government subsidies apartment or condo thru HDB

If you are EP or the likes you have to buy private property either condos, whatever

There are those with 99 leasehold , 999 leasehold and freehold. Check with those selling if you can buy one as an investor. Our hosts' competitor removed by moderator - sorry.
