Looking for People with Handball/Track & Field experienc

Postby norahk » Fri, 16 Apr 2010 2:40 pm

Hi,
Anyone out there who play handball and is willing to teach a group of special need students with mild intellectual disability age 12 to 16years on a voluntary basis.

The students play other sports such as Badminton, Soccer, Floor
Hockey, Swimming etc..

I would like introduce this sport to the students in hoping to form a handball team, as it is a recognised Special Olympics sport.

Alternatively,

I am open to anybody who is willing to train these students in track n field(sprints & relays).

Pls pm or email me @ myyellowsunflower@yahoo.com for any queries. I understand you would like to hear more about it, so we can discuss in private.

Hope to hear from any kind souls. We would really appreciate your kind effort and participation.

Thank you so much for reading guys. Cheers

Norah

Do you have the handball/racquetball court facilities? I didn't think there was a court available to the general public here? Only thing I've seen are squash courts - not the same.

I used to play a lot of handball before coming to Singapore. But the problem is, I've been here now close to 30 years so you could say it been a while.....

I've always played handball on a racquetball court. Has the game changed?

You're thinking of the wrong game SMS, you're thinking of American Handball which is similar to squash
