we too want to have muscles 8) when we reach dat particular age of say, 17, 18 during ns espscially. and every thing has to start from a young age. look at the kids from china. they are about just six and can do lots of things you adults can't. to keep fit, we really do need a physical training scheme. ani1 who is willing to provide one?
