Hello! Canon 1000d here, and although I've had it for close to 2 years, I still consider myself a noob. I'd love to join this. Here's my flickr: http://www.flickr.com/adibahhhhhh.

You might say I'm a closet pedophile. I love taking pictures of kids.

I wonder how many government agencies just picked up on your remark. You'll have big brother eyeballing you forever. Will probably be a secret agent at the gathering now hoping that they find enough info for an arrest!

@sundaymorningstaple: Nah, don't think the Sporean authorities have that much free time. If they do intend to bring me down I'll just state that I was blindly following the harsh ticking of my biological clock.

@HansAnderson: Sorry, this one should work!

Hey Tallcat, Welcome mate!

Chinatown sounds interesting!

Bet there's heaps of reds there, like most chinatowns elsewhere.

We could do china town for this Saturday.

Cheers for the suggestions. Didn't cross my mind.

Appreciate it.

So good people,

If you're comin', PM me!

Hey Photographers!

So far, I've got only three who's comin. :(

Nonetheless, I will proceed with this :)

Should anyone wants to join and hasn't had the ability to PM Me,

Join us straight up at 11am, harry's bar. Esplanade.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Woo! I see a strobist there!

Welcome onboard!

My orders only arriving next week for my strobe gears,

So perhaps we can meet up soon and tweak on the gears.

What wireless/strobes are those mate?

Eechim! Thanks for the boost on this thread!

So come on photographers, if you don't have DSLR, as long as you have anything that's called a camera, will work just fine.

Taking the digital cam can be tricky sometimes, but heck, we all learn.

Remember all: This Session is to share and learn, so I dont need a "PRO" who knows everything and starts YAWNING in the session! Just FYI. :D

I sincerely hope we become better photographers thru sharing and learning.

If you're not willing to share or simply be a great fun, this meet up is NOT for you!

We're all here to have great photofun, and I intend to make this a Monthly Meet Up. *(Reasonable Amount Of Time)*

SO, having said that.

We will shoot the following locations:

The Merlion (tiny version of it) across esplanade
CBD Area
Chinatown

Ending up with Group shots.

Estimated Time Of Event End: 5pm - 6pm.

We need to discuss to create a centralised gallery for us.

I intend to have each of us contribute 8-10 photos for the shoot, all locations included.

For that we can discuss on the day itself.

Okay, quite a mouthful there ey!

See you guys.
