Can anyone recommend a professional functional office space in the Central Area? We are a small business of 3 in the banking & finance sector. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

http://www.servcorp.net/index.html

Not cheap but very professional staff, excellent service, and class A office space that makes it look like you have some girth.

There are many companies renting out "shared" office space in the CBD and elsewhere. Prices and services vary a lot, so do your research and compare!
We had a two-person office room a few years back in a slightly run-down office building at Cecil Street, with secretary service (she was supposed to see the number called and answer with out company name, but more often than not this didn't work) and meeting rooms rentable by the hour. This was around S$2400/month, which I found quite reasonable.

servcorp is really great! another company i used was regus but their main entrance at the centennial tower branch has their company name so if you do not mind people knowing it is a shared office space, you may consider regus. otherwise, servcorp is really the one.
