I don't know if the campaign is still running but a few years back the Singapore Tourism Board ran a "postcard project" where they gave out postage-paid airmail-only postcards at the post office (the one at Takashimaya, specifically, but maybe elsewhere as well?). They were your standard cardboard postcards (no fancy gloss finish or anything) but really, for free cards and postage, you can't complain. Come to think of it, they were actually much nicer than the ones with the white borders you find everywhere.
Had so much fun misusing them..
