Paypal. The biggest and most accepted worldwide.

Does Google Check-out operate in SG? There are various other credit card enabled options out there.

3 to choose from http://www.work-from-home-directory.com ... stems.html.

Though for credit card offline sales, you may want to consider wireless http://www.mcpayment.com/web/

It seems that most charge high setup fees and yearly subscription fees, etc. I'm exploring on Worldpay and E Nets.

Any other recommendations or suggestions? Paypal also charge setup fees and yearly subscription fees for payment gateway.

I have heard Red Dot Payment is good. They claim themselves lower than Paypal so I think you can give it a shot if you want a cheaper option

From a consumer's perspective, for a site I don't know, I will not use them unless they have google wallet or paypal.

It's probably wise to use one or the other!

WorldPay operates here. Also exPayAsia. My experiences is that PayPal is the cheapest and has the best service. WorldPay is the most expensive and the most difficult to work with. EzPayAsia is easy to work with and charges a bit more than PayPal.
