http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal ... tml#Manual

You think you are qualified for a PEP?

Did you bother to read the link above on the MOM site? :???:

It's pretty obvious. There are only two ways to submit your PEP application. You either file it online or you do it manually by physically taking it to a post office and submitting it along with the required administrative application fee there. You cannot mail a physical application.

Hey genius, your not the only one one planet who know how to read English. I have definitely done my homework before making a post on this forum.

Don't bother whether I qualify or not, I know how to evaluate my application and the reason I asked is because there are 2 addresses specified; one on the form and another one for collection. I was just asking someone who has gone through this process to advice.

Shut up for a change if you don't know.

You are sounding like one of the reasons the government is tightening up on foreigners. Good Luck.

Speaking of geniuses, if you do not apply online, the MOM website specifically says, "Submit the completed form and make administrative fee payment at any SingPost office."

Are you having difficulty understanding this? What with your genius level and all?

I'll translate for you. You must show up at a Singpost branch. They enter your essentials into the computer. They take your money. They issue you a receipt. They create an electronic log record for MOM and a big stack of papers delivered to MOM.

MOM does not take mail in applications... just like it says on the website, genius.

No... the address at the top of the form is the location of MOM's primary building... I've been there many times. But, they do not accept mail at that address... not for work permits anyway.

But... go ahead and send it there... why should I care? And, why do you think MOM will process it when they give you specific instructions to take your application to a Singpost?

And they wonder why they are cracking down on new foreigners getting in. The quality has really gone downhill.
