This creature looks exactly like the Australian tree-kangaroo. Only differnce is its lack of hair. Mind you, I've never seen a tree-kangaroo in real life. Think they only have them up north. Anyone know? Anyway, at first glance it certainly resembles the pictures of tree-kangaroos that I've seen.

And why are they calling it a "yeti"? It looks nothing like the abominable snowman or a sasquatch.
More like a rat on steroids.

Definitely a Civet Cat! A real tragic picture of animal cruelty!

I'll put my $ on a civet cat and it is shaved and caged ready to be roasted. because they eat them all the time in Sichuan province! Probably outside some restaurant in Sichuan. That is also how the SARS outbreak started. You can read about it on wiki. It is also illegal now to trap them because of SARS, though that will only push the price up. Countryside people are too simple to fathom the risks.

What is also obvious is that the reporter doesn't have a clue what they are writing! "yeti' captured in China16:30 AEST Tue Apr 6 20106 days 2 hours 44 minutes agoBy ninemsn staff". The things reporters get upto.

Also the most expensive Coffee in the world is produced from Civet Droppings they eat the beans, but they just pass straight through them in one piece and are then cleaned up to make coffee. You can buy this coffee in Singapore I would think. I have seen it at the food exhibitions.

It felt so initially when the news came out, why would the plane fly down in such speed and decline.. :???:

I’ve seen plenty of vids in the news that are supposedly recent, can tell by cam quality too that they are not old incidents.
