Japanese new product... for silky legs for ladies

I recently saw a clip on TV that Japan has introduced a kind of spray that you would only need to spary on the legs and it's as silky as stocking?

Anyone knows where in Singapore sells them and how much?

In standard terms, if it states 08062021 does it mean 8 June 2021 or 6 August 2021?

If its an American product, its the 6th of August, otherwise it should be the 8th of June.
