Hi Luisa,

Do you have your own bicycle? If not, you can rent one at parks like the Pasir Ris Park. It's also a nice place to cycle for leisure..

I would also recommend Pulau Ubin especially if you're into dirt roads. =)
Hindsight is always 20/20.

hi!

we're not a group or team. just a couple of us. we go cycling almost every weekend. sometimes even when it's pouring! mostly we stick to the east side as there's better park connectors there.

what's your location and when do you go cycling?

:)

Another good cycling group is ANZA Cycling
http://www.anzacycling.com/

You'll need a road bike.
Beginner 'Chat & Chino' ride is on Sats @730

Other more advanced rides according to speed.

Good luck!

Google "singapore cycling forum". There are a number of them here in Singapore and a group shouldn't be too much of a problem to find although you might need to check out several to see if they have the type of membership you would be comfortable with.

There also might be something at https://www.facebook.com/groups/sgcycling/?fref=ts as well.
