I'm a Malaysian Chinese, currently working in a local company for almost 2.5years. My PR application being rejected when i was holding work permit 6 months ago (submitted doc in July2009, received official letter in Oct2009), and re-submit my application in Feb2010(now i'm a EP holder).
I'm thinking to quit this job and return to my hometown for further study. However, my PR application is under procees until end of May. So, i'll wait until June. If application failed, will quit this job and go back for study. For wat i concern is will it be difficult to re-apply work pass after cancel.
Another question: If applied succesfully, can i quit my current job immediately? or shall i wait for another 3-6 months?
Please advise.
