bus ride from orchard to Woodlands too long for 6 year old?

Post by balt2dub » Fri, 26 Mar 2010 12:31 pm

Anyone out there have a good experience with putting a very young child on the long bus ride from the city out to SAS in the woodlands?? It seems like such a long ride for a 6 year old.

Is it much shorter if you drive? Does anyone carpool?

Would love any firsthand information out there.

Thanks

Kids have been doing it for 15 years! It's not as bad as you think, especially at the bigger condos where a bus basically arrives empty, fills up and goes straight to school.

bus ride to SAS

My 5 year old does it everyday to SAS and it is not an issue at all. That was one of my biggest worries before we moved here. The bus system is great and I think most kids take the bus. My son just relaxes and talks to friends or plays his DS.
