Help with rent and bill costings...

I am moving to Singapore in July. (Very excited!!)
I would like to rent my own condo although I believe that could be a bit pricey on my own, so, please can someone guide me in the right direction of how much a condo share would be, if I got one for just me, how much would it be and also what bills are there?? I would like to know every hidden cost so I am completely prepared
I will be working near-ish Clarke Quay so would need to commute to this area everyday....

I have been researching the internet looking at places but thought I would ask a person... bit more personal and probably realistic!!

all answer on this forum are pretty personal and realistic. they tell you exactly what's on the tin.
