Unless your education here in Singapore is through one of the following institutions, I'd say your chances are relatively slim. But please don't let that stop you from trying. Just remember you were warned it might be very hard at the moment.
Digipen Institute of Technology (Singapore campus)

ESSEC (Singapore campus)

India Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) (Singapore campus)

INSEAD (Singapore campus)

Nanyang Technological University

National University of Singapore

National University of Singapore

Singapore Management University

Singapore Institute of Management University (UniSIM)

Tisch School of Arts - New York University (NYU) (Singapore campus)

Chicago Booth School of Business

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore - Professional Examination

S.P. Jain Center of Management, Singapore {formerly SP Jain Institute of Technology (Singapore campus)}
The above institutions are the qualifying local institutions that will get you an EPEC. While the EPEC is not LPR or SPR, if you cannot qualify for the EPEC, the odds of qualifying for LPR are even slimmer.

Yes EPEC is Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate. You can follow the instructions at the site and it will take you through it.

If you have done any research of the threads on this forum, you will already know I'm very familiar with the MOM and it's various employment passes. I am, after all, an HR manager with an SME here.
