Hi,
I'm A Graphic/Web Designer and I will be creating my CV and planning to submit it to MOM (Ministry of Manpower).
But I have some few questions:
Does MOM accept creative CV? What i mean by 'creative' is not the usual CV done in MSword or a template. the reason I want to be creative in my CV is, I am a Graphic Designer and I want to showcase my skills even in my CV and would like to standout from the rest.
If my Curriculum Vitae has been rejected for some reason can I submit another one?
Am I gonna be submitting my CV to my employers? or just the MOM? (I'm kinda confuse here, who really I'm gonna be submitting? my Employer or the MOM?)
I am really needing some answers.
Thanks!

MOM does not look at CV at all. There are not any "created" documents to be submitted. The only documents that they will ever want to see are your educational Certificates/sheepskins and occasionally transcripts (but their vetting teams in the countries will take your "degree" and they will do the checking with the relevant educational institutions and report back to the MOM. Don't worry, if you aren't qualified, you WILL be found out eventually. If you are qualified, then you have nothing to worry about.
MOM does not give out criteria point spreads and what they actually look for, but instead play it close to the chest. This way, the unqualified who try to "create" documents in order to gain access to Singapore are thwarted. I, for one, am glad of that.
