Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask, anybody out there, sorry i have so many questions that's why I join in this forum...I just wanted to asked " Is it legal for a man to marry a separated lady PR holder in Singapore with you both same nationality though the man is illegally separated for 7yrs form his wife in his country? " will it be granted for the man the same PR? or it will just be ok for them to do that?...thanks..god bless...

You should clarify if she is separated or divorced. In most countries, separation is a step marking the end of the relationship, but the legal relationship still exists until a divorce or an annulment have been issued.

Only then would she legally be able to re-marry.

That is my understanding, at least!
