I have been looking to rent a cluster house for a while now, but find them very expensive ( most of them), I love the idea of having the best of both world (the space from a house and facilities from a
condo), but most of this kind of developement a fairly new and costing anything from 8000-1000 per month upwards.
Does anyone know a good development but doesn't cost the earth? many thanks!

Try La Belle near Serangoon, Dalla Vale near Upp Thomson, Shanghnessy near Yishun, Chancery Grove near Thomson, Palm Grove Regency, the list goes down. Just google "Cluster Housing"
And nope, there is none that is in city area and cost less than $8K.

Had the same problem trying to stick close to the city.
Moved north instead- found a beautiful cluster home
in great estate, 4.8K, 6 levels of S P A C E. Added
benefit of country-feel type living, with everything we
in close proximity. Depends on what you are willing
to compromise.
