Which date are you guys going? Can I go with you all, because I don't want to feel like a lost young girl.

Hi dydy,

I will be going for the briefing on the 6th April, 10.30am..

In between, which group were you in during swimming round on 25th??

Hi Westi!
Okay, I think I'll select 6 april morning too. (: Better to get the briefing earlier than late.

In the swimming round on 25th, I was in group 2. I was the chinese girl in black pants & blazer. I'm Wendy. I think I was the only chinese girl in my group. (:

Hi Wendy,

I was in group 2 during swimming round as well :D I remember you!! You were not only the chinese girl in our group, If I remember correctly... you were also the youngest among our group.. :) ..

Anyway, I have sent you a pm last night...

Dear Firais,

I remember hearing the "ang mo"( sorry i can't remember his name) guy who did the interview briefing , he did mention that they will be taking 2 batch in this round. The reason of them taking 2 batch at one go is also a cost saving factor for them as you know they run a low cost airline so cost saving is very important to them. example cost like advertisement for this intake and the cost of booking a hotel ballroom etc...

The first batch will be on the 17th May and the next batch will be during the Sep .

So I guess they are just emailing those going for the first batch for the time begin and sooner or later they will start to email those selected for the Sep training.

By the way may I also ask you a question are you a Ex- Crew? =)

Thanks for answering my question
and i also understand the feeling, but don't give up yet as now is only April and still got until Sep and moreover I guess there is other airline which is recruiting during this period.. maybe CX sin base? cause i hear there is a lot of them quitting this year.

I don't think I have what it takes to apply for bigger, full serviced airlines. No luck then.. hehe

To westi,

Thanks for consoling me. My mood was in the dumps since I accept the fact that I didn't get. Even get scolded by my bf cause he don't understand how I feel. Sigh. Sept? Long long way to go and there is no guarantee then. Sad sad. Oh well, will try out other airlines in the meantime.

To the rest that are selected, once again, congrats. Update us how everything goes k?
I'll still be checking my mail everyday hoping the 2nd round of confirmation emails will come through. Fingers crossed. :x
I wanna fly! And I'm gonna keep trying till I'm bonded to flying! =)

To FChew,
how long were you in Qatar and why did you decide to switch to jetstar? Did you try other airlines as well?
