Migrating out of Singapore is easy. Get a passport, get an airline ticket and go.

The hard part is finding a country who will take you in. You would have to decide where you want to go, and then go to the respective country's website and look for immigration services. Or, you can go to that country's embassy here in Singapore an make inquiries. Or, you can google immigration services for the country of your choice and let some private company rip you off or make it easier.

or take bus 170 to JB. once you cross over, burn your passport. you are now migrated out of singapore. :P

I reckon the OP is an over stayer so breast stroke is the best option!
