- guidance
- initiative (not quite right, I know)
- ingenuity (also not quite right, I guess)

Inspiration is a good one.

Unfortunately I would not have any influence on a Singaporean Company teaching Leadership at school' an alternative understanding for my daughter is what i am looking for.

Inspire is a positive way of exalting influence, which i prefer!

Leadership will be understood by the individual when she takes control of a group larger than two and sets them to action with a combination of common sense and charisma without the mandate of a higher power.
