Constipation
I've serious constipation problem even those I drink lots of water/hot green tea & taking fruits. Can anyone recommend methods to treat or good medication to overcome this?

Previously, I'm also have serious constipation problem. Sometimes, I'm only do 'big business' twice per week. Even when I really feel like doing 'big business', I have difficulty to pass motion. I eat vegetables and fruits everyday, but the problem still occurred. After my elder sister knew my constipation problem, she bought me a box of high-fiber wholesome beverage that contains a balanced mix of both insoluble and soluble fiber for me to consume. After consume for few days, I found that I can pass motion everyday easily. It is safe for people of all ages to consume even children. Studies by Uni of HK found kiwi fruit to ease constipation for adults with constipation problems.

Constipation.
g3 the super fruit juice and Probiotic solve the problem for me.

At least 2 litres of water every day is good. You can keep a track of it by carrying a water bottle with you and ensuring you fill it twice a day (and empty it twice a day of course). But you already said that you drink 'a lot' of water so this is just in case it is not at least 2 litres.
Exercise is important too. It does not have to be fast sports, but walking at least 30 minutes a day and probably better in the morning. Note, this does not mean walking to work etc but just walking for walkings sake at a moderate pace. It gets things moving!
Yoga is also good for constipation.
