Sailing lessons or going sailing

Post by peterson76 » Sun, 14 Mar 2010 3:16 pm

Anyone knows if it is possible to take sailing lessons, or go saling with more people without having to have your own boat?
I've been going out sailing on a 6m "racing" boat 595 for a year (4 people crew) and wondering if it is possible to do something similar here in Singapore.
Thanks

Hi,

I do not know of any possibilities, but I will be located in Singapore for coming 3 months and am interested in sailing. I have large experience on open water on yachts up to 30ft and with navigation. Drop me a message when you need someone for sailing in period april/may/june

It is possible - but more difficult in sg than in other places. A friend crewed on a boat for a while. Possibly ask around the yacht clubs.
