AN NS DEFAULTER IS NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER SINGAPORE, IF HE DOES HE WILL BE CAUGHT, BUT HOW IS THAT ONE IS ABLE TO TRACK DOWN THIS NS DEFAULTERS
AT THE VARIOUS CHECKPOINTS. WHAT IS THAT INFORMATION THAT SHOWS THEM OFF

ARE YOU SURE THAT NS DEFAULTERS ARE ALLOWED TO GO THROUGH AT CHANGI TRANSIT AREA? IT IS STILL UNDER SINGAPORE JURISDICTION AND SINGAPORE LAWS APPLY.
