Designer buttons for business suits?

Hi. I got a tailor made suit in Singapore. The suit is nice, but the buttons used (in front and on the sleeve) are a bit cheap looking. Does anyone know where I can find high quality, maybe designer, buttons? Thanks!

you could buy a designer suit, rip out the buttons and then sew it on your tailor made suit.
