We are moving to Singapore with a 2-year old...would Treetops, Fraser Place, or Fraser Suites be the best amenities and location for him and his mother to be around plenty of ex-pats and activities?

Hi I would say treetops without hesitation. I have only been here a month myself and have a 2 year old. I have a friend in Fraser suites but treetops is perfect location for when you first arrive
