I guess you just have to put everything you got to apply, eg education, resume. About letter of employment, you will be asked about your employer's details. The more the merrier.

Spot on...

Basic answer is everything that you have available; including letter from Employer, a current CV, copies of qualifications, copies of membership to any local Singaporean industry related institutions, passport photocopy, etc...

I also like to take my application to an officer for a check before dropping it in the front counter pigeon hole(Takes an extra 30 minutes of your time but gives me piece of mind) :D

Important things that you need to include in your application of EP. First your credentials such as your diploma , certificates, and your CVand of course the endorsement letter of the company that would hire you. Your skill is very important in the process of approving your EP. It is true that your approval is very subjective... and in most cases the MOM does not give a reason why they denied your application. Good Luck dude.
lets get it on!

Some smaller companies operating in Singapore don't have an HR department and it is up to the individual to do it by themselves - Besides it gives you a good insight into how to handle officialdom in Singapore
