is there anybody knowing what is the number of WHP delivered for the 2010 year and if there is any way to see how many left are still available

Nope. No way of knowing. The MOM keeps that information close to it's chest. That way they always are in control. You apply. If you get lucky, you get lucky, but never put all your apples in one basket.

Unlike the US, Singapore does not publish how many visas it is prepared to give out in certain categories.
