Disneyland is better for kids and it's also less crowded. Ocena Park is visited by many on chinese coming from mainland with big busses and in addition it is all outdoors therefore if you are going in a sticky humid day it might be very uncofortable.

The light shows at 8 o'clock in the evening is pretty nice too, you can watch it from the peak or from the ferry back from Kowloon.

If you have enough time, you can spend 1 or 2 nights in Macau. There's a panda bear aquarium in Macau. You can have a close up view of the 2 pandas.
