Renting whole unit?

Post by blacksheep » Wed, 03 Mar 2010 7:58 pm

I am moving to singapore soon.

I will be living alone but I really doesn't want to share the flat with other people. What is the average rating for renting a whole, but small unit, around the MRT stations?

If it's an HDB flat, say a 3 room flat (2 bedroom) probably between 1400 to 1800/mo depending on location and condition.

1+1 units are very, VERY rare and are usually reserved for elderly people.

Try to also find out if that 1+1 is a HDB rental flat. Else, before you know it, you'd get an order to move.
