LTSVP for Auntie?

I'm a Singaporean, my husband is a SPR. He is Filipino. We would like to bring his auntie (father's sister) here on LTSVP. Does anyone know if its possible to get LTSVP for her?

The answer is no unless the person can meet the LTSVP eligibility

Though you can get the short term visit pass and get an extension up to 90 days I think.
