Any bored dependants here?

Post by deb.aura » Tue, 02 Mar 2010 8:02 pm

Hi,

I'm f, 30. I've just moved here from London and I'm here on a dependants pass. As I haven't been to be able to find work I now spend my days bored to tears waiting for my son to finish nursery and my husband to get home.

Would love to meet some new friends for coffee, meals, drinks, cinema.
Am free mornings, evenings and weekends.

Thanks

Debbie

Suggest you keep in mind volunteer opportunities including the Museum of Asian Civilizations, numerous charities (Caring for Cambodia, etc), churches, synagogues, and so on.

Relocation companies sometimes employ on PT basis to welcome those from your own country.

Embassies sometimes hire their own citizens locally to organize, orient, etc diplomatic personnel and/or their own citizens living abroad

International schools and pre-schools need supply (substitute) teachers.

Sorry I didn't check this for a while. Can't PM anyone because I haven't made enough posts. Is anyone free for a meet up next Weds (24th) about 11am? If so email me at debbiedoesemail@hotmail.co.uk or post back on here and we'll arrange a place to meet.

Thanks

Debbie
