Just would like to check with you all.. is it a MUST to file for seperation deed once we seperate ourself without any legal document?
And has to seperate for 3years that long?
Really hope to end is fast fast fast

No, it's not necessary in Singapore.
You can also file for divorce on other grounds, not just separation, which is faster. I was once told that most couples in Singapore divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour.

But FYI nt yet married for 3years wor.. but really hope end fast la..
Dun tink he wil repent lo.. Promise to quit smoke before baby give birth after baby give birth till baby 9month old.. and kp tink he stil single want do this and that never think for us all the while just hook on his psp.. his dvd.. his bunch of fren that gamble.. work also not enough spend still expect me help him financially.. really tired.. my mum say i cruel is this so?

Need advice
A guy which do not care for wife neither daughter deserve another chance?
He is:
- hook to his psp
- dvd show
- keep thinking of putting tattoo & dye hair red
- Never financially support me & daughter in the other way round i nid support him
- No initiative (eg: baby cloth i has to wash even i work where as he dont ask him wash like will want his life)
- Only know sleep wake up want eat
- Did not put any effort to quit smoke (Feign quit smoke but behind my back smoke)
- Keep want to bet on ball batting
- Keep going out whole day when i working and dont wish to take care of baby
- Thinking of going msia on my pay day expecting i pay full amt
Does he worth me re-consider?
