Looking for a good Karaoke Bar!

Hey i'm looking for a good Karaoke club that is next to a few bars. Something fairly central?

I looked in Boat Quay and it looked kinda shady are there any that are good there or maybe in Clarke Quay? Either way would appreciate any feedback at all.
