New Arrival - advice on accomodation

Hello All.
I'm relocating to Singa in late March and I'll be working in the business park at Changi. I'm thinking of a base around the East Coast area so am looking for some recommendations on some places to rent in and around that area.
Ideally, 2 bedrooms, gym, pool and something quite modern around the 3K-3.5K mark.
I've seen the Esta advertised here and that seems to look ok.

Any recommendations or advice would be very much appreciated.

I wonder how legally risky would be to dedicate one thread to collect such posts together with the data to show how many threads the spam was posted to. It would be really valuable source of information about the companies where no one should get engaged with in any sort of business neither as a private customer nor a business partner.
