I actually went to see specialist

BUT, it's pretty hard to book appointment since shes normally fully booked weeks in advance, but walk in is welcome, but waiting time can be 1-2 hours as I was told, that's why I did booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance with letting them know please inform when there's ccancellation..
regarding epipen, i think all depends on each case, you can always ask
