Looks sexy and has good views... but on the inside it's cramped, noisy due to nearby construction, and mildly inconvenient for day-to-day stuff like grocery shopping.

The pool is nice, but overall it's not as good a location as it seems (the only thing close is the CBD - which is just that and not really the heart of town), plus I wasn't impressed by the general stuff like the corridors, lifts/elevators (I don't even think they have enough - because I waited for a while even though it was the middle of day), etc. I only visited but as mentioned, apart from the pool area there is nothing impressive about the place (unless you get a nice view of the Esplanade from a high floor). Left feeling very, very unimpressed...

I stayed there 3 months last year, I agree with comments from other people:
- the lifts take time to serve
- it's noisy 'cos all the construction goin' on around
- very convenient for CBD but u don't get much after 6pm ;)
- pools are nice, the sauna was often under maintainace and not working (probably fixed now)
- gym is nice as well
- great view on marina bay
- expensive 'cos the location

I wouldn't go there btw since I had a feeling it's a place where people come and go quicly, didn't bump in many families...
