Someplace where they write in arabic/jawi script so I don't think Mexico. I want to say Dubai as well but I believe Pancho Villa's is in a major building/hotel there.

Dubai it is... and Pancho Villa's is located in the Astoria Hotel. Being from Texas, I thought it was kind of different.

Thought Dubai was out. Else the JoyALukkas (jewellery store) hoarding is a giveaway.

@ Nakatago-what was the magic keyword again?

Give the man one free internet!

Yeah, I used that word based on the signs. I also looked at the cars--on which side is the driver's seat? Also, there's a billboard in the background with a woman with low-enough cut neckline (so it's probably an Arab country which is liberal enough). SE saying Pancho Villa is a clue is the icing on the cake.

"For me is was +arabic"

I guess Singapore does not use Jawi anymore..In the past they did especially in the Malay quarter, they had Jawi signage although I was being a cheeky git with my previous posts. :P
