You may try your neighborhood's community center (they should have a website; try searching with your favorite search engine). Music classes are quite common in these centers, among others. You can also try searching for "guitar singapore." I remember running into one store's website that also offers classes. Failing that, you could call these stores and ask for recommendations.

Have been looking for classes myself. Yamaha Singapore offers some classes. Also theres a music place calles Music Oh near Simei MRT. These are a couple of options I'm currently exploring...
