neck lift surgeons in Singapore

I came to Singapore recently with the impression that Cosmetic Surgery, like much of the medical care here, had a very good reputation. In reading the Forum I am increasingly worried. I would like to have a neck lift, possibly a tummy tuck and some liposuction. Not all at once, over time.
My dermatologist recommended Dr. Seah Chee Seng at Tan Tock Seng hospital.
Would anyone like to enlighten me about the general reputation of plastic surgeons in Singapore, Dr. Chee Seng in particular and what I can expect in recovery?
