Would like to meet a few other surfers to go on trips with. I try to go 1 - 2 weekends a month depending on swell.
Also, any suggestions BESIDES Bali or Cherating that would be good for a weekend?

Here a tip: Hope it helps, I'm a newbie here and I just want to have some friends.
Surfing Etiquette is the most important thing to learn before you set foot in the surf. These rules are not so much "rules" as they are a proper code of conduct designed to keep everyone in the water safe and happy. People who repeatedly break these rules are often given the stink-eye, a stern talking to, yelled at with obscenities, or just flat out beat up.

I'm wifeless for 2 months and would love a weekend getaway surfing. I've never surfed, but would be a fast learner as I kitesurf, wakeboard, waterski, etc... let me know when!
