Self Help Books

Post by intellectualsmuse » Mon, 15 Feb 2010 4:05 pm

Used to be one of those ppl who'd buy every new title on any and every subject from transactional analysis to spiritual laws of success...guess I overdid it to a point where I'm actually repulsed by that section in the bookstore now and dont buy them anymore cause I think they dont help (except I can maybe drop a lot of big words in a conversation!). I guess I just realised that when you really do want to change something about your life all it takes is willpower. Deepak Chopra(no offence to his fans) can't really help with that!

What do u think?
For those who fight for it, life has a flavor the sheltered will never know.

For total mugs, the only people they help is the author and his bank manager.
