What are the good cluster housing complexes in downtown/south Singapore. We are looking for a 2/3 storied house over 3,500 sq ft ( preferably detached) in a compound with condo-type facilities. How much could one expect to pay for one of these . I have seen a few with a shared pool but are there any with additional facilities ie tennis courts, gym, squash courts etc?

Have looked at several Singapore property websites but have ended up quite confused. Would want something with a decent finish. Any advice? Planning to move to Singapore in Jan and the kids will hopefully go to Tanglin.
