What website do you visit to get yourself updated with what's happening in Singapore or the region?

Just this site, and a print copy of the Straits Times.

Are you saying people actually use dial-up in Singapore when @sg broadband is free?

Or that YouTube could replace reading? What was that rustling sound? Oh, it was just Charles Dickens turning in his grave...

I rely on my news feed for what's up in Singapore (and also in my home country). It's free it and collects articles about South East Asia (this country included) from sources all over the world. I would never, ever rely exclusively on locally-sourced news because we all know that reading stuff from the-press-that-cannot-be-named is like reading press releases from the-you-know-what.
And the rustling sound? That's probably one of our dear friends not from this country who's doing a marvelous job of keeping the place nice and tidy.
